Wish there was sound. I bet the kitty was purring loudly.

Here is the alternate story where the officer is pushing the little baby off with his foot.(the officer is doing it nicely I think)
This little guy is very demanding of attention and just wants love.
Even at the end when the officer is trying to leave the little baby is chasing him saying “Wait, wait! I Luv you Man!”.
Very funny.

If he doesn’t get a dept cap with a stuffed cat glued to the top for Christmas. I might send him one myself. LOL.
To: Vendome
Aww! I’d take him home in a heartbeat.

And this is why D.Metrea AKA “Tickle Tail” (she does live up that nickname!) is ours. She, as an unwanted 8 or 10 week old kitten, insisted on going home with us.
First she climbed up my wife; then she kept climbing me, just like this one climbed the cop.
She knew her people, when she met them.
Resistance was futile; we brought her home. That was two years ago.

I got my tomcat that way, when he was a 6-week old little fluffball. He’s now 14 lbs and doesn’t try to climb me anymore, but still loves contact.

We trapped Mister Fang Feral when he was 8 or 9 months old. He failed to live up to his name. He sleeps on my pillow.
Moogie was on the ramp to our front door, skinny, and with a ‘broken meow’; she looked a few weeks old at most, but was really 4 months per dentition. 14 years later, she still is only able to “me-yep”. She sleeps anywhere and everywhere she wants.
Fang was badly mistreated by Moogie and D.Metrea, both of whom were already here when he showed up, so he went out & found Pixel, and brought her to us.
Pixel is still very timid, and doesn’t like to be handled...but runs ahead and jumps onto the bed to be petted at bed time, then curls up in my armpit to cuddle while I read; then sleeps behind the crook of my knees. She hides at the sound of a car, or if we have visitors; but is the pestiferous friend of anybody sitting on the throne.
Her funniest quirk is suddenly deciding she wants petted, so meowing and leading to the bedroom, so she can be scratched and petted on the bed.
D.Metrea sleeps at my wife’s feet.
Now, they all get along just fine...and I STILL don’t have a barn cat.
