TEXAS HAS THE DEATH PENALTY
I would hope he lives and faces trial in Texas!!

While I share your sentiment; does Texas have jurisdiction, or the US Army? What court will end up trying him? Texas will have no problem reducing his carbon footprint - however based upon the USARMY's miserable failure to execute the scum bag who threw a gernade into the tent during the first Desert Storm - I fear that this man will live a long life.

Yes, I’m sure both of you are right. Guess I was just expressing some ‘wishfulness’ because it was in Texas. Too bad, the “people” would probably do a better job of judging him.

Yesterday it was reported that the FBI was involved. I guess that’s because it’s a military reservation. I would guess that this will be handled in a Federal court?

The US Army will get him. They will court martial him and God willing, put his ass in front of a firing squad in a few years..
