Me too. I choked on my Miami/New Orleans pick. Fail Of The Season for 2009. 2008 was when Donovan McNabb didn’t know a game could end in a tie.

With the Vikings-Steelers and Dolphins-Saints, it’s clear those refs are the ACORN of the NFL.

I follow the Browns when they are watchable. I can't remember the last time the Browns were watchable.

Pete Rozelle must be turning over in his grave, because there is a clear chasm in the NFL between the good and bad teams.
For the first team, after 7 weeks, there are three unbeaten teams (Indy, NO and Denver) and three winless teams (Tampa, St Louis, Tennessee). And there are other teams that are really atrocious: Washington, Detroit, Oakland, Cleveland, Carolina and Kansas City. Never has there been so many teams that are so bad.
It’s almost getting to the point where the NFL should break into a First and Second Division, like they do in soccer.

Anybody remember this? It's the old NFL theme from 1970.

Growing up in the 1960s, this was always the NFL theme to me. It's not a great copy (some of the music is distorted) but it's the only version I could find online.

He needed a good meal before his Giants go down in flames tonight. Well, big, Manning Lite lived up to his moniker... didn't he?
Hope it was a VERY good meal you old Pappy had... and that you paid for it!
BTW sorry I missed the Zona/Jints game... I had handicapped children and drowning kittens to save!

Is that coach gonna survive his first year?? Hailey? Yes he will. Not sure about a lot of his players though. The current Chiefs were several years in the making, they'll be several years in the unmaking. Pioli put Hailey in place and he'll keep him there.

Sorry I missed the thread, right before half-time (Cowboys-DirtyBirds) the wife ran in from the back yard screaming. Apparently this thing startled her:
That's a 7 foot snake, I'm guessing boa? Python?
