Puh-leeze. This is an old joke, long ago readily debunked.
The watermark says in Dutch, “This is not a valid government document. This is political commentary.”
MANY will be those who criticize this...BUT: It is MORE than what we have seen from the “President”!

It looks like I'm going to have to post that again, in large letters.
Looks more legitimate than Dan Rather’s “Bush National Guard” papers.
But let’s all remember, it’s not the authenticity of the documents that matters, it’s the seriousness of the charge.
There is a thread on this particular document a few months ago. The watermark/background writing says something to the effect that it is not real.
However, that email exchange is interesting. Place it on this thread.

Actually, I think it would’ve been hard to find the original thread just by searching. You kinda had to be there.
And the image seems to be gone from the original tinypic link, but it’s the same “document.”
You can tell its fake by looking at Box 8. There is no way in he11 that a doctor could write their name and stay inside the lines?
