Excuse me—son, not daughter.
Walkin with a 7 year old at 5.30 a.m.?
RTFA
"Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed."
Maybe he's divorced and his daughter is at the ex's......
According to the video they were cutting through HIS yard.
Pervert! Lock him up in a Swiss prison!
Do I really want to see video? LOL
Quit looking in people’s windows and you won’t see anything offensive Mizz Nosey Neighbor. I would sue that lady if she defamed my character in this way.
Oh my goodness. I can’t count the times I have dashed down the hall in the altogether to the kitchen without a second thought day or night. I never gave any thought to someone standing on the road peering into my windows hoping to catch a glimpse. Now the guy who lives a few houses down with the telescope, he concerns me enough that I close the bathroom curtains when I take a shower. Guess I will start remembering to grab a robe before venturing out of my bedroom from now on. Food for thought. Thanks.
Ummm... I don’t have good shades in the back and I worry about someone seeing me, yet I don’t always talk myself into being dressed in the house in the dark hours.
Trespassing AND peeping?! Not the guy who has the problem. The woman is a pervert.
Unfortunately, this man will have to waste thousands on attorney fees and endure being used as a joke while the complainant is never asked why she was walking around at 5:30 with a seven-year-old and supposedly could see this guy, naked, in his kitchen, making coffee and felt the need to not only watch but then, call the cops on him.
This non-case should be laughed out of court and the guy should then sue the peeper for harassment - or something. Did I say this was ridiculous? Good.
If you are a Woman you will be charged with Exhibitionism, if you are a man, you will be deemed a Pervert. Any questions?
Will she have to identify the accused in court by his, uhm, ding-a-ling?
Drip or perk???
So they were trespassing on his private property at 5:30 am, and got offended by what they saw peeping through his window?
On the one hand, I fail to see how there’s a LEGAL case against him. He’s on his own property.
OTOH, it’s in poor taste, given the circumstances. At 5:30, it’s dark, and presumably the kitchen is lit, so he’s going to be pretty visible to anyone outside. Put on a pair of boxers or a robe next time? JMO.
Who takes a 7 year-old out walking at 5:30 am?
