Geeze. This sucks. This stuff just doesn’t happen up there in the middle of nowhere.
Most on campus crime (aside from underage drinking) is committed by non-students.
It’s weird, I really can’t think of much more to say on this... Just not the Storrs I remember from my days up there.

Sadly, this is par for the course in this community. A modest proposal to increase involvement by the perp's neighbors:
