THIS glowing halo in clouds over Moscow looks like an Independence Day style alien attack.
The astonishing ring was spotted over the city and captured on video by stunned locals.
It has been described as a "true mystery" by a UFO expert.

Actually in Independance day the president did fly a mission but when it came to attacking the mother ship his butt stayed in a bunker.

If my memory serves me correctly, the guy that attacked the UFO was a patriotic veteran. A guy that suffered from a little PTSS, but was a loyal father and American. Played by Randy Quaid.
