Probably. The thing I have always thought was bizarrely ironic was that the lefty Dems pushed all these "workplace harrassment" laws, but because they are essentially amoral and power is everything to them, they have probably probably been the biggest violaters of all...and they have rarely if ever been called to account for it.
Clinton put the kibosh on workplace harassment complaints. I remember in the late 80s it was all the rage to hear about sexual relationships in the workplace NEVER being consensual. Then after the Lewinsky matter, not so much.
