Check out about 5 minutes into the video. Why does the movement of the indent in the rock cause the strength of the person to go up or down? Power of suggestion or something more?

Why does the movement of the indent in the rock cause the strength of the person to go up or down? Power of suggestion or something more? Health food people have been doing this unscientific demo for years. A more scientific test would be to go to a gym, get someone to max out with a particular lift, take them to this place, set up their weights and redo the test. Either they can suddenly lift more or they can't.
