No way is he getting fired. The only person getting fired over this (and probably jailed as well) is the producer who tried to blackmail him.
I’m delighted Letterman has been revealed to be the sleaze I’ve always suspected he was, but why do you think he’s going to get fired? His ratings probably will go up. Please tell me why you think he’ll get the boot. (Believe me, i hope you’re right.)
I think it’s his own show, meaning he can’t be fired, but the show can be canceled completely.

I personally think that there is more to this than “porking” unless there is also more that one person he porked and that’s a guy.

Shoe, not show. If one of the women goes public, maybe the blackmailer’s wife, with a good old sleazy story, Letterman’s Howdy Doody image changes. I’d give him two weeks. Or less.
I don’t think he’s going to be fired. These clowns who are screaming sexual harrassment are missing the fact that the staffers he was screwing with need to complain. They haven’t and that’s the end of it.
All that will happen is that the fire Letterman crowd will become the butt of his jokes.

The radio news between Savage and Hannity tonight said sex with employees or members of his staff plural. I heard it was just one girl.
Oddly, a Obama voter today who I like but avoid since Nov said they thought CBS would cut their losses on Letterman.
