Rush is spending a lot of time with her and I’m focused completely on the conversation. Intelligence and determined people finally expressing my fears and hope for America.
She has a law degree. Am listening. She wants Rush to run for President with Sarah. Good idea.

Without a teleprompter or written remarks, as she pointed out. You know, I will say this for us Republican women and no, I don’t include Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins in our ranks. Most of us speak well. We don’t use verbal crutches, we know our arguments, we’re linear and laconic. I remember reading something by one of our FReeper gals Hildy once where she was talking about some bridge to some island that allows gambling or something like that. I don’t remember the details, but I’ll never forget how she impressed me with her command of the facts.
And the truth is, detracting nothing from Hildy or Michele Bachmann or Heather Wilson or Sarah Palin, depending on the argument and my familiarity with it, I can do it, too. Maybe it derives from mental clarity and conviction.
Today’s lawyer had it. She got emotional and took many of us along with her because she had skill in gaining empathy, but she nailed it. And kudos to her.
