Why don’t they make a movie about the Revolutionary war? The Green Mountain Boys? Nathan Hale?

If Hanks and Spielberg are true to EB Sledge’s book even a little bit it isn’t going to be a socialist piece of garbage. And they did okay with Band of Brothers.
HBO did “John Adams” last year, does that count?
They probably don’t think it would make a lot of money.
About two years ago the History Channel had an excellent multi part documentary on the Revolution.
Would love to see movies about George Rogers Clark's western campaign, to say nothing of Francis Marion and the campaign in the South.
A movie capturing the Battle of Bunker Hill would be terrific.
Such a shame its likely never to pass.
