I am so relieved that Everett Washington is so crime free that local law enforcement has time to run a 2 month undercover operation to find these criminals.
Maybe the speed cameras freed up the man power for the police to catch these dangerous criminals?

They must be wound a little too tight in Everett, I don't see where they actually are guilty of anything. The business seemed to be trying hard to stay just a hair on the legal side. This isn't some Muslim country where the sight of a woman half naked should give people a coronary. It must be a local thing that they feel the need to spend their tax resources pursuing this.

Looks like the Everett police are dumbing down deviancy. What ever happened to those topless donut shoppes? I'd rather have a boob with my glazed donut than a pube with my latte - but maybe that's just me.
Isn't there like 13% unemployment in the Pacific Northwest? I'm guessing most of these ladies are just trying to get through the recession until Microsoft and Boeing are hiring engineers again.
