Don’t you guys dare ZOT me but I have a question pertaining to this post.

If you get an employer based health care plan can they still deny you because of pre existing or say they won’t treat anything pertaining to pre existing?

I always wondered but will never have to deal with it because I am covered though Trickery and will be for life.

I have never had it come up.

I know when I had to have my spinal surgery my helthcare provider had an independent company contact me to see if the disk herniation was caused by an accident or something so they could off set their costs with another insurance. But it was not the case so they paid for the whole bill.

Everywhere that I've worked has not denied coverage based on pre-existing conditions.

But, of course, your mileage may vary from plan to plan and employer to employer.
