Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 14, 2009 -- Recently published information by a Swiss man foretells widespread catastrophic consequences of global warming. According to Billy Meier, increased environmental destruction, famine and even the speeding up of the planet's rotation all will intensify dramatically by the year 2012. Meier, who claims that his still ongoing contacts with, and information from, Plejaren extraterrestrials began in 1942 at age five, published his initial warnings about the coming dangers of global warming in 1958. This FREEPER does NOT consider themselves to be particularly prophetic. They have just noticed that 80% or so of their gut feelings and hunches seem to come true.
Given the post Joya made [can't track down link at present] about the Pastor who's 100% certain that a buried D.C. nuke will level every building in the city on 11 OCT, this assertion is a bit interesting.
IIRC, a BURIED nuke would have to be very huge to level every building.
These assertions are also against the backdrop of assertions that 7 cities are going to be nuked shortly by the Jihadi's.

He almost has it right. At the end of the last Ice Age the ice melted, and the land underneath is still rebounding upward from the “sudden” loss of weight (isostatic rebound).
If we melt all the ice, there will be more quakes and so forth, because of the rebound and the increased weight on the ocean floor as opposed to the same weight being on the land mass.
And it is possible to change Earth’s rotation rate and axial tilt, but these values are changing all the time anyway and the delta would not be much more than the noise.
