The 14th doesn't say anything about "slave children". It says "All persons born ... in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States". No qualifications, no limitations, no obfuscations. I'd say the Constitution Of The United States Of America, as amended by a supermajority of states and Congress to make the naturally obvious absolutely clear, is pretty much the last word on the subject. And there's nothing more "natural" about being a country's citizen than being born in that country; anything else is an artificial construct (a la "naturalized").

I suppose that you could argue that cesarean born is not natural born or that an artificial insemination or in-vitro baby would not be “natural”.
