Surely this must be a trick of lighting, or a matter of blurred focus. Is it possible that the First Lady actually has six toes, as she appears to in this picture? And if she did have six toes, would she appear in public in sandals?

I’ve never seen a normal woman with this weird bulge before.
It’s bizarre how often “ the bulge “ shows up in photos of Michelle.
