"saveliberty" is Hospitalized (Update from saveliberty at #1568)

Hi All,

I just received an e-mail from "saveliberty" advising me she has been hospitalized. The cause as she wrote was:

"I have a significant, but benign tumor near my ear that is pushing against a nerve (which hemorrhaged). It sounds bad but I have excellent care."

It certainly does sound serious to me, even though saveliberty said she was being well cared for. She did want me to let her FRiends here know of her condition. When I get further info, I will post it.

In the mean time, if you could add saveliberty to your prayers, I know she would be comforted by that.

saveliberty is often the Threadmistress, and I am but a poster. So, if you all could perhaps place saveliberty's situation in the proper locations, I would be very grateful. [Or Moderators, if you are reading this.]

Received an e-mail from a friend of saveliberty which said:

"...the surgery is scheduled to go on until at least 7PM and could run longer than that. Bob and Mary [parents] are holding up well but are tired from an early morning followed by a long day."

I am certain we would all have been thrown out long ago. With our penchant for cheesy poofs and peeps. ;)

The surgery was a success. They got it all. Win is in ICU recovery. Still aways to go, but this is a dang good start.

I have been out (being single.. dates etc.. you know).. but did get a call & chatted at length with Bob(dad).. they have seen save but she is out of it in post op. I was at restaurant & just got back in

as Rheo said, the surgery seems to have been successful as far as goals & accomplishment. The exact outcome remains to be seen in rehab. I guess clinical vs practical

Bob was very grateful for the prayer warriors.

I hope save’s parents can rest well tonight, and that they had friends with them today. Prayers for their health and well being.
