Here is video from a "Coffee" hosted by Missouri Democrat Congressman Emanuel Cleaver where he repeatedly told those in attendance "There is no health care bill," and refused to discuss the issue.

Cleaver is using the technicality that there is no one final bill ready to be voted on as an excuse to dodge the huge issues connected to the Health Care debate. Cleaver knows there is a Democrat Bill that is on the table that is the centerpiece of this debate. You can read it for yourself, all 1,018 pages of it!
