damn.... look at the hole about 25sec's in, it looks like a section of the Armco maybe came through the floor/firewall?

...saw that...the shot from the left rear into the car ...looked like the firewall opened up like the transmission came inside...ripped apart..
The back door looks like it might have been a way for the rescuers to access, they may have took it off.....

My son, who follows motorsports much more keenly than I, told me that yes, most F1 teams have clauses in the driver contracts prohibiting off season racing. However, Kubica got an exemption in his contract because he’d been doing rally racing for a long time.

My concern is how much his team and F1 in general will support him in his rehabilitation efforts. They did everything for Massa, but Massa was injured in an F1 event. There might be a general feeling that Kubica was, and is, on his own on this one.

Man that is horrible! I always liked Kubica and thought he really improved Renault a lot this past season. If it ends his career, that will a terrible shame for a very talented driver.
