He is a Martian. Sent to prepare the Earth for invasion. I knew it. Those ears are really microwave recievers so he can get his orders. He stands outside at sunset and recieves his signals from the planet Utopio.
A friend of mine has some impressive radio gear in, and on, one of his vehicles.
