May Your healing hand rest mightily upon Nellie's beloved Mom, that her days might be extended by Your grace and mercy. At Your Word, this cancer can be gone ... by Divine intervention or through the wisdom You grant her medical team. May it be so, O Lord, may it be so. Let the hearts of all who love Nellie's Mom be turned to You ... comfort them and encourage them and draw each to the joyous acceptance of Jesus as Savior, for in You is life eternal. Acts 16:31 ~ “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household.”
Thank You for Your promise that You will supply all our needs through Christ Jesus. Prosper Nellie's husband in these lean times, for You are God. To You be all Honor, Glory, and Praise, both now and forevermore, Amen ...
NellieMae, I am so sorry to hear of the sadness and troubles that you are going through. We will pray for your Mom and also for your hubby getting laid off. God can perform miracles and we can ask. We will also pray for peace and comfort for your entire family. God Bless You....I will be remembering you in my prayers daily.
I'd just tell her. She probably already knows.
sorry, you are going through a "Job period." Prayers going up for you all.
I will have my prayer group include her in our prayer requests.
If you get the sense that she is giving up, have an intervention. Have all your siblings and any grandchildren make a surprise visit and tell her how much she means to all of you.
Also, when her time comes to meet her Lord and Savior, send her off with smiles not tears and ask her to look in from time to time on all of the family, as she continues on her journey.
I am sorry to hear about your husband being laid off. Can you tell me what state you live in and what your husband does for a living. I travel extensively throughout the US and do have some contacts that I could approach and ask if they are hiring.
Stay strong. All will work out in the end.
Your Mom and family have my prayers. I hope your husbands layoff is of short duration but to have him at your side during these difficult times may be a blessing.
