I don’t mind eating them—once in awhile! Some of the crowd here can eat them for every meal.
I just hate planting them! We—meaning me— seed everything by hand. Collard seeds are mustard seed’s bigger cousins, if that tells you anything. LOL
I’ve already done a couple hundred/ flats of 72, probably do that many more.
I’m glad I’m not on the production end of the business...other than the plants I grow for my OWN garden, and a few select others. :)
You know, they do have machines that can do that for you. Of course, they’re very, very EXPENSIVE machines, LOL!
