I never heard that. Do you mix it in milk or coffee??? Any special brand?

I did look around the internet and it really doesn’t matter what brand. I use Hershey’s bc its less expensive. I also read to use it hot, so I use it to flavor my coffee. No sense in spending my hard earned money on expensive dark chocolate candy. And, it’s not high.
