They must remain a pair and need each other, there has to be a bond, the bulldogs killing the mother, then starving for several days.<<<

Did the animal control people take the bulldogs away? Those dogs, like pit bulls, can be great pets, but they are feisty, and idiot people mistreat and abuse them until all the natural friendliness and loyalty is beaten out of them. Poor dogs, doomed to a life of misery. It just kills me to think of it.

I am glad you saved your kitties. They sound like a barrel of laughs for you. It’s amazing that each one has their own personality.

We have a laser light that our terrier-lab mix just loves to chase and pounce on. It’s hilarious watching her run after it or whip the couch pillows around in her teeth. I bet your cats would love a laser light!

And then there is always string.

String is outlawed.......

I was making a stringball out of the threads that seal the cat food sacks, for it is a good strong one and would crochet into good dishrags, knots and all, I made them years ago and loved them for real cleaning.

TT of course played with it.

Then came the morning that he had a stomach ache and threw up, and I had to clean it up, a mess, he had unwound about half my thread ball, wrapped it around the computer connector wires and modem wire, and then got sick on top of it.

The truth is, TT has strings hanging, where there were no strings before, he kills all strings, they are ‘practice snakes’.

He would love a light to chase.

He would chase anything and does so.

The dogs were the pit bulls and the dog catcher did catch them and the last I heard, still had them, for no one wanted to claim them.

I never thought of it from the dog's point of view, just the poor victims. I guess the dogs are victims as well. I've always thought that if a dog attacks another creature, the owners should be the ones put to sleep. There's always a way to prevent that.

We have some idiot (liberals of course) up here with a known cat-killing dog. He's killed one of their own cats and maimed another. They let this dog loose in the community - while insisting they don't. They take him out in the forest and then let him go. They have no idea where he goes and I've seen him just a few yards from my house - but they insist they don't let him free around houses. So, I've been taking my cats outside with me armed, in case that dog comes by. Another neighbor told me they told the dog owners that he will be armed if that dog ever comes by his property again. The liberals were incensed! It's too bad we can't just get rid of the libs and retrain the dog or give him to someone more responsible.
