Only the Dems would think a program is a success just because all the money has been spent - but can't manage to get the money where it's supposed to go ANd can't show that US auto sales have increased substantially.Geez.

I think it was Denver that said the dealers were fed up and not going to use it ....

Of course, with Rush and Gallagher laughing about it and asking over and over:

“Do you really want the o to manage your health care, like he has the clunker program?”

I bet there are heads rolling all over Washington.
