Can somebody run down the birth certificate issue for me?

Last year i kind of just looked at this situation like conspiracy theory but there seems to be some new evidence but i'm a little lost when it comes to the new intricacies of the situation

can i get the evidence for and against the birth certificate issue so i can make my own assessment on this, I know rush hasn't touched it that much but Hannity brought up the Major Cook issue

I really want to believe this and i trust most freepers but i need to evaluate the facts

I respectfully disagree with most of my birther FRiends about Obama releasing his long-form BC to clear up the issue. Anything he releases cannot be trusted because he’s already committed document forgery once and will do it again because the stakes are higher this time. Anything he has a goverment official release cannot be trusted because we’ve seen his blackmail skills at work to get his way.

So the only acceptible resolution, in my humble opinion, is a) a ruling by the SCOTUS on the definition of a natural born citizen and b) independent, expert examination and guaranteed authenticity of any documents presented as proof of his place of birth. Nothing less will resolve the issue for me, short of seeing him prosecuted for felony document fraud and removed from office - I’d accept that too!

I don’t really care if he was born in Hawaii, his father was a Brit. Therefore, he was, at most, a dual citizen at birth which would make him ineligible for the Presidency. So, there is really not much to the Hawaii thing. In his writings he admits to dual citizenship. I just take him at his word. He is practicing a fraud on us.

The eligibility, or rather lack of it, goes further than the BC.

Ok, let’s say he was born in Hawaii and mama never left the US before his birth. He claims his parents were married. If so, then papa’s citizenship transfers to Hussein giving him dual citizenship. Dual citizenship makes him ineligible for POTUS. “Native born” is when the person is born on US soil but that isn’t the term used to determine eligibility for POTUS. The term is “natural born” which goes further in that both parents must be US citizens, etc. Hussein isn’t natural born due to papa’s citizenship.

Now, let’s say there was never a legal marriage. According to British law, papa’s citizenship wouldn’t be transferred to illegitimate offspring. But the US Constitution doesn’t care about British law. Hussein claims he had (”had” coming from Clinton’s “is” dictionary) dual citizenship through papa. Ok, right there brings in the loyalty to two countries and again makes him ineligible.

Then there’s the adoption by papa II granting him Indonesian citizenship. That takes us right back through the same ineligiblity as papa I. Perhaps there’s some legalese in the divorce concerning his citizenship and he could have declared his US citizenship at majority but that has yet to be brought to light just as there’s been no documentation that he can legally use papa I’s last name after the adoption by papa II. The rest of us can’t use any last name we wish in our legal signature.

Finally, there is the college Pakistan trip. Since no American could travel there during that time, he had to use a passport from a country other than America. He obviously already had this passport in his possession because in those days one had to rely on snail mail so it would take quite a while to obtain a passport. This means he still maintained dual citizenship through a Kenyan birth place, papa I, and/or papa II. And we’re back to ineligibility once again. And to add more fuel to the fire, if papa II didn’t legally adopt him (papa I would have been contacted and relinquished parental rights), then he committed fraud every time he signed his name Soetoro and claimed Indonesian citizenship for college scholarships. So, again, what is his legal last name?

There is no way he is eligibible for POTUS.

He could give it me. Of course I would want to see the one he found among his mother's belonging as well.

Then again I would like to see his passport records for the beginning with his world debut, somewhere around 1961 to the present.

And, not to put a fine point on it. I would like to see all of his school records beginning since well, the beginning of his indoctrination at say kindergarten through college. Each school.

But, I might also be interested in learning more about his bar exam and license. There must documentation to say who purports to be. Isn't there?

Another interesting point for me would be to all of his fund raising records since he became a “Community Organizer” to his ascension to the throne, err, White House.

That's White House. The term White and it's association is something he spent his life running from and trying to suppress. Then again maybe the main characters in his life are actually relatives but “extras or props” in the narrative of his Broadwayesque life.

Of course we can't ask his relatives conveniently the last one died a few days after his visit.

Sad. To have a life unexplored, unexamined and utterly... irrelevant. Until now that is.

I will be happy to accept the Birth Certificate on behalf of all Americans.

I know it is a noble and terrifying task but I am like that.

I also do not understand this issue and why it matters where O was born. My understanding (perhaps flawed) has always been that if you are born to a mother OR a father who is an American citizen, then you are also a US citizen, no matter where you were born. O’s mother was an American citizen. And wasn’t McCain born outside the US? Can someone set me straight if this is not the case, that you are automatically a citizen if born to another citizen of the US?

Obama’s citizenship is not the issue.

Being born to one American citizen doesn’t automatically make you a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. He can be a citizen and still not be a natural born citizen. Generally the accepted definition of a natural born citizen is that of someone born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen parents.
