My point is, if they keep themselves in shape so much, how come so many of then end up on the DL?
No, I get your point. They are in better shape, but they just don't play through the injuries like they used to because their value is so much more.
And, it's not only conditioning that better. It's the physical therapy, the nutritionist and the prescription-strength anti-inflammatories that might lead one to believe that these guys would never miss a game. But, they do with great frequency.
