Here in northern West Virginia they are calling for a possible record low temperature tonight in the upper 40s.
For the first two weeks of July our daily average has averaged 5 degrees below normal. I know, I know, it’s Climate Change.

The winter cover is still on my A/C. It’s mid-July. At this rate, Fall will be here and I’ll just leave the A/C compressor covered year-round.

Here in Liberal Land near Seattle, WA it is 63F at 11:30 AM on July 14. It seems more like October than the middle of July. It could be a local phenomena, except these unusually cold temps seem to be occurring worldwide. Actual ice ages not the so called “mini-ice ages” like the one that we have been recovering from for the past several hundred years, come on suddenly in historical terms. By “suddenly” I mean a couple of decades. During the most recent actual ice age approximately 12,500 years ago, most of North America and Northern Europe were uninhabitable.
