Just got through canning 9 pints. I still have just under half of the tomatoes I started with to can. I have to free up the stove top for dinner. I started a little late today. There are still more 'maters that I have picked and ripening up. They are just not ready for canning.

The bad storms that were north of me are coming through now and as I hoped they have calmed down considerably and we are getting some nice drizzling rain!

I can beans but freeze most other stuff. Probably by the time I have enough time to can everything, I will no longer care. LOL
