She probably had them for the same reason 99% of women who have them do: To make her breasts look larger. If she had them for medical reasons, such as reconstructive surgery due to a mastectomy, that is another story. I saw nothing in the article that led me to believe that was the case, and if it is not the case I stand by my statement.

Cosmetic surgery, done just to enhance looks, is a total waste of money and a mutilation of the body on par with sticking rings through the nose, lips or any other part of the body,IMO(or "changing sexes" for that matter). Any infections, bursting or other defects caused by such surgery are brought on by the people who insist on having such things done to themselves.

I don't include people who have suffered severe trauma from one source or another, including fires and car, plane, train and other vehicle accidents, wars and natural diasters.

Glad to see the exceptions you made. I just thought that your first statement was pretty sweeping.
