Use the same coding you used to post the thumbnail, but put the address or web location the pic is being fetched from within bracketed quotation marks. Follow that with the word height= , then width=, with those pixel sizes also bracketed within quotation marks. Then of course close the whole coding text with a > .

In the case of the photo you have here, the height would be "240", and the width "320" as is shown below the photo.

Going from the source (in this case a photo that you yourself put on flickr..?) is best.
Resizing a thumbnail gives poor resolution.
