There’s a lot of space to look at and hers was the telescope that happened to be looking at the right place.

Well according to the picture of her scope it isn’t so tiny. A lot bigger than my 6 inch Dobsonian reflector.

I guess she happened to be looking in the right place, at the right time. It's a really big universe; maybe no one else was paying attention at that time.
