I tried sending an email to the CBS brass from the links kindly supplied by FReeper "diogenesis" but it would not go through, so I will try sending through my own email route.

Must let them know that this will hurt their sponsors....only way to get to them is through their pockets.

I think Sarah has three daughters. Did Letterman single the 14 year old out? I didn’t get that from the “joke”. Was she at the ball game? I don’t understand how the comment is directed at the middle daughter and not the eldest or youngest.

The eldest daughter was not at the ball game, just the middle and youngest. The youngest daughter is far too young to be able to become pregnant. What does that leave?

Top Ten Reasons To Watch David Letterman:

10. The guests are so stupid it makes you feel like the most interesting person in the world.
9. It's better then getting audited by the IRS.
8. Rock solid evidence that liberalism is a serious mental disorder, in case you're not sure.
7. Perfect cure for occasional insomnia.
6. The humor is so numbing it will take your mind off the pain from this morning's root canal.
5. It's terribly funny to see liberals make fools of themselves without knowing it.
4. Paul's a gas, and the band is pretty good.
3. Brings back nostalgic memories of the early 1980’s when Dave was actually funny.
2. Lost the phone number for the “Get Rich Trading Stocks” seminar in your area and need to watch the commercial again which runs after midnight.
1. Don't want to miss the night Dave finally loses it before a live audience and has to be sedated.

I never watch Letterman precisely because of who he is.

What a joke he is.

I rarely, publicly, advocate physical violence, however where family is concerned I will make an exception.

I thinks Todd Palin should knock the rest of Lettermans goofy looking teeth out.

Why should anyone be surprised at this? There are people on this very site who are more suited to the Perez Hilton environment who has continually apologized and ignored the attacks on Conservatives by the “entertainment” industry.

Some of those mental defectives will flat out tell you they’re not about to give up their addiction to the “entertainment” despite the attacks, so again, what’s the problem?

That is great! You should send that to the Dave! It speaks
volumes about how very unfunny he really is! I was turning the channel the other night, he had Jane Fonda on his show!
A traitor and a pervert sitting talking together and that is entertainment in this country today? Sick!

I used my parental control feature to block CBS from my television. I’d encourage others to do the same.

Letterman has become much more political in the last 8 years. Not only did he ridicule Bush almost daily (Great Moments in Presidential Speeches), which he doesn't do with OB. He praises him in almost every political joke set-up. Also, Letterman made a fool of himself about the war and global warming. Twice, when he had Oreilly on, OR backed him into corners in which Letterman could not explain holes in his his position.

Now he continues to ridicule Bush, Cheney, and Palin regularly and only light stuff about Obama, his new hero.

Last night he blasted Palin in both the monologue and the top-ten list. On a couple of the "jokes" there was a mumbling in the audience. I don't know why people don't blurt our boos or if they do and they're edited out.
