Liberals are hypocrites, by their very nature. Is this lady generous with her own money, or will she be generous with yours? Will her bleeding heart place demands on your time and money? That will grow old real fast!
I think that ultimately you will be unhappy. Because that core part of you, what makes you really you, at the core belief level will be hidden. You will censor yourself, second guess your words, and hide what you believe and are. You will do it for awhile, and your ‘love’ will cover it for a while. But it will leak out and cause fights. You will begin to resent her more and more for it and she will express shock that she doesn’t know you anymore.
First and foremost be true to yourself. If you are unable to do and be that with person it will lead to nothing but sadness

My thoughts exactly. It's easy to have a 'big heart' when it's not your money and when you refuse to get the kinds of jobs that pay decently because you don't want to be 'the man.' And how are you going to raise children? As US-hating libs? What's she going to do when you want to fly the flag on Memorial Day? Will she want to spit on soldiers?
