perfect anger,
perfect judgment,

So I think I’ll leave the punishment issue re infanticide on an individual, case by case basis, to God.

However, Shrillery and OThuga and the oligarchy behind them have a long list of hideous cruel hellish values, actions, methods, means, goals on their willful side of the ledger . . . they do at least DESERVE the worst punishments God has them slated for.

As do we all, Quix. Just because we see the faults of others does not mean that that we are not at fault as well. It is not Quix or any man that Judges. At the moment of your particular Judgement, how will you fare? And how do you know?

While on this earth, and someone is GUILTY “beyond any reasonable doubt” of infanticide ... give em to me. I'll give them capital punishment. Then God can examine their heart to see if they have repented but while on this earth their SHOULD be consequences for such VILE behavior.
