I very much like the smple elegance, and restrained good taste of the dress worn to the Civil wedding. Civil weddings are required in France.

I love the addition of the whimsical note in the shoes.

She highlighted her hair for the church wedding, and I think it was perfect. I prefer the lighter hair. It really made the turquoise pop and the mantilla sparkle.

Personally, I loved the turquoise diadem and I love her shoes too.

I don’t know what people were mocking. It’s nice to see some class displayed and not a wedding dress that reveals all the cleavage so many brides show today - it’s just pathetic.
