Both of these articles are verbatim, and complete, quotations from a PRO-Windows, PRO-Microsoft website. They are a objective commentary by their authors on their experience in getting a Microsoft product to work as advertised. They contain not one whit of my opinion other than my opinion they could be interesting to other Freepers. I did speculate on why the authors might have pulled the original article so that it was only available on a Google cache.
