Smoke cloud inversions from grassfires are fairly common...

Here's what they look like up close:

The density of the “smoke” and the density of what you’re presuming to be the “anvil” aren’t even close in the original image. It’s something flying, fairly close to the ground and kicking up dust. What that something might be is open to conjecture. Looks like a “flying wing” to me.
