When a simple question is asked about evolution without context, which Science Daily did, it is subjective. For instance, it’s like asking, “do you think George Bush did a good job?” That begs the question: “in what respect?” Get my point? Never mind - I’m moving on.
I am pretty sure "begging the question" doesn't mean what you think it does. The issue at hand may RAISE a question, but, unless it provides its own answer within the question, it probably does not "beg" the question.
