Have you ever tried flax meal? Not sure what you are allowed, but, I add 1 tsp to oatmeal I use 1/4 cup, with fat free milk and banana, but you could leave that out.

We also use smart balance with the omegas. Doctor said he has never seen anyone improve their cholesterol like I have. I no longer have to take any cholesterol med and neither does my husband.

Flax meal is supposed to me good for reducing cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, stabilizing hormones and blood sugar.

Dang woman! What’s left? Beets? Rice?

Never so shocked when grandsons pediatrician said no juice! What?? He’s 13 months old....plain water, only. He’s off the bottle...so why no juice?? (I’m giving it to him when he stays with me. LOL)
