Never so shocked when grandsons pediatrician said no juice! What?? He’s 13 months old....plain water, only. He’s off the bottle...so why no juice?? (I’m giving it to him when he stays with me. LOL)
I can eat all the yummy oatmeal I want, just thrills me to death, but you do lose a lot of weight this way
