I voted “fixed” — that is the only explanation for Fantasia and how Mandisa got sent home.They were in different seasons.
Same producers, same judges. The fix is the only possible reason for both those events.

Same producers, same judges. The fix is the only possible reason for both those events. Not in Mandisa's case. She was never really comfortable on stage and it showed. There was too much talent in that season anyway. Daughry, Taylor, McPhee, Paris, Pickler, Elliott. She didn't have much chance of winning.
