I’ll be voting for Kris too!
IMO, he will get the teen vote, he sings the type of music they listen to, as well as adult comtemporary music fans.
Adam appeals to glam/stadium rock fans, many who are older baby boomer women. I don’t see the gay/Christian thing being that much of a factor. It’s a contrast in styles. Alot of mom/daughter pairs watch the show together. I think the younger girls will be voting for Kris and the moms for Adam. The mom age group still has that 70’s-80’s old school thought that flaming gay is cool and “edgy.” Young people have moved beyond that. Kris is relevant to them, they don’t listen to Adam’s style of music.

Seriously though, I think you’re right. Some teens will no doubt go for Adam due to the rebel factor, but Kris is current and will get more of the teen vote. Plus, he’ll get a lot of spillover from Danny (the segment of older females who aren’t fans of glam)
