We have a Chicago 24 hr news channel, CLTV. A few years ago there was this weatherman who would absolutely FREAK every time a thunderstorm came in. Not even bad ones. He would say things like, “Stay way from your windows!! Debris may come SHOOTING through your window at incredibly high speeds!”
