I SO agree with you. This year, there’s Adam....and then there’s the rest. He is far and away the best singer and the best showman of this season.

Wow, Fawn, may God continue to bless your little kitty! And wow, what dedicated vets. Good for them for really working at it. Mostly vets give up pretty easily. But cats, especially young ones like that, really can be remarkably resilient. Please give adorable little Annabelle a forehead rub for me! :)
A fav of mine from the get go. Those adorable Robert Downey Jr looks, an endearing background story and a great voice! And the way he and his friend who auditioned with him supported each other was nice to see.
I agree with those who say Danny is starting to be the same old every week, yet each performance is top notch, IMHO. I think we've seen hints at Danny singing from the heart, yet I feel there is more to come. Would love to hear him do some contemporary Christian. He's a storyteller and needs to be telling us a story, not just singing a song.

Jonny, I’ve been meaning to log on and tell you a little story (that has absolutely nothing to do with AI). We have six cats (I know! Six! But we used to do pet rescue) and the “king” of our little household is an orange tom named John Carter, Warlord of Barsoom — or “Johnny” for short. Anyway, Johnny got into a little dustup a couple of days ago with one of our other cats, and there was much fussing and a little fur flying for a minute or so — and as I’m yelling, “Johnny! Stop that!” and the cat is growling at the other cat, his fussing suddenly made me think of Angry Swearing Jonny, as RK likes to call you sometimes. And I totally started laughing while I was yelling at the cat. Thought you might get a chuckle out of that!
Is it just me or has it seemed the last two weeks that Allison is just going thru the motions?
I'm wondering if she's just not ready emotionally. No doubt, she has a gift. I wasn't crazy about this song but I'm crazy about Allison! :)
Top three for me would be Adam, he was outstanding, Kris, and Danny.
Middle of the road Allison. I liked the rocked up version but it did not floor me. She needed to go with more up tempo rock thing there. Great vocals thou.
Bottom three for me Lil. Her problem she can sound like a lot of singers that the judges keep pointing out but she does not understand the critique and misses the point entirely. They want her to push it past sounding like other singers and get her own sound. It was like the cute blond singer, aarrgghh can't remember her name, from last season who was in the top twelve trying to make it to the top ten. She could do Britney, Jessica, and Christina really well but she could not pull it together and get her own sound. And that comes from maturity as one develops who they are musically. Sorry to go long there.
Ok bottom 3 for me really this time. Lil, Anoop, and Matt. Those three need to go. They peaked and Lil peaked at week 2 and nothing new is happening. I will say Anoop and Matt go but hey one can never tell what America is going to do. I hope Allison stays I love her sound she has.
