Do you know what time the tea party starts?
Friend Ann and I may be able to attend. I won’t be able to go to Sacto ... Marissa has school on the 15th.
I hope we get a great crowd.

They are still very beautiful and after all, my aunt who loved all birds, said we should feed all birds, even those old black birds that everyone hates. She was the sweetest little lady and would say "they get hungry too." She has been gone several years now. She lived in Florida and I loved to go visit her! Sure miss those wonderful days.

Looks like the location has not been decided but the time has; between 12 noon and 2:00 PM. Blackstone and Shaw is mentioned, but the location is still listed as TBD.
Thank you, sweet Kitty!
Love your sparkly orange message!
Sorry, that link doesn’t work. This one should...

What a beautiful picture of the hummingbird, today - and so well framed! Thank you, ladies!
Hope you find a fifth wheel with at least one slide-out! They are great, IMHO.
I agree with your aunt. They all get hungry. I don't like those old crows and grackles either, but I guess they are necessary in the overall scheme of things in nature. :-)
Lovely (ahem) framed picture of red tulips, today, Meg!
Now, thats the kind I have here. Lori gets them to eat from her hands all the time. I guess if I were a real patient person and practiced a good while, I might could get them to be friendlier. It just seems I have so much to do all the time that I don’t have the time it takes to try to tame them.
It would be fun though! Both of those birds you posted were beautiful!
Good Morning Dolly!
What great photos!!!
It almost looks like you went to Depot Bay! Some of those photos look very familiar! My sister and husband have a beach house on the coast at Depot. I have only been there twice but some of your photos look awefully familiar. They live in Oakridge, Oregon, which is between Eugene, and Bend.
Busy as a bee here today...
Polly
Hmmmmmmmmmm......I am thinking that could be a very good cut and paste job. LOL. Is he sucking the peanut into his mouth, or dropping it back into the peanut pile? Something just doesn’t look quite right there. ;-)
Yes, indeed, that is a gorgeous scrub jay!
Thanks, Meg.
I need to check my feeders. I may need a couple of new ones. I have a plant (?) with blue/purple flowers that the hummingbirds love. I’m not sure when it will start blooming. We have lots of house finches, tho.
Has your allergies cleared yet?
Thank you, Dear Amy, and All is Well. My Mother-in-Law, who Many Weeks Ago had the Surgery to Remove a Hernia from her Throat, 2 Days Ago Finally had the Drainage Tube Removed from her Throat, So that is Wonderful News! Her Stomach Tube will Remain in Place a Little Longer yet, but she is Healing Well and is Back to her Old Energetic Self, even with the Feeding Tube still there, Lol. Our Lord is Good!
I Love your Beautiful Pics, Billie and Lori!
