A monument to UFO to be set up in Samara

A monument dedicated to the UFO phenomenon and creatures from outer space will be set up at one of Samara’s squares in 2009, reports Interfax news agency.
The sculpture consisting of a “flying saucer” two “aliens” and two “space trees” will be constructed under control of the Samara’s authorities and occupy the area of 835 square meters.
Samara is home for Russian leading enterprise TsSkb-Progress focusing on development, production and operation of launch vehicles and Earth remote sensing satellites.
