Oh. My. God.
I will dislike this man until the day I die. When we were looking for funding (a MEASLY $30K) to keep our Family Assistance Centers going during Operation Desert Storm, my boss and I had to go to Capitol Hill (in Madistan) to meet with His Lordship and that lesbo Tammy Baldwin to see if they could find it in their hearts to help out Wisconsin Soldiers and their families, who had been mobilized.
I will never, EVER forget the condescension and the disdain for all things military in that room, as we had to GROVEL for 30 freaking thousand dollars. They grilled us as if we were spending their own personal money...and look how free they’ve been with OUR checkbook in the past 30 days! Grrrr!
Remember how congress recently grilled bankers and car makers? They were EXACTLY like that to US. And we ran a tight ship! That $30K would serve 10,000 family members for a year.
I hate congress critters. Condescending b@stards. My boss grabbed my arm art one point when I was poised to throw myself across the table at the preening fool. I’ve voted against him in every election since; whether anyone was running or not, LOL!
So...I guess you’re not going to sign the card, eh?
