The $13 will be gobbled up by higher prices right away. How appropriate, that bill was signed on Friday the 13th and they’re giving us $13 back. There isn’t a 666 on the back of the 1000 page bill is there?

Here’s your “middle class tax cut”:

Obama’s stimulus tax plan gets you 13 bucks a week starting in June, and that reduces to eight bucks a week starting in January.

In June 2008, Michelle [Obama] [was] speaking to a group of people in Michigan: “You are a getting $600,” meaning the [GW Bush] rebate. “You’re getting $600. What can you do with that? I mean, not to be ungrateful or anything, but maybe it pays down a bill. But it doesn’t pay down every bill every month. Barack’s approach is that the short-term quick fix kind of stuff sounds good and it may even feel good for that first month when you get that check and then you go out, you buy a pair of earrings.”

So the first lady in June of 2008 making fun of a $600 for a single and $1,200 for a couple, rebate check, and is now praising her husband, whose rebate plan gets you $13 a week.

But it’s not a tax cut. It’s a tax credit. In this bill there are supposedly lots of business tax credits, but here’s how this works. You have to pay your full tax, whatever your full rate is. There’s no rate reduction for anybody. So you pay your full tax, and then you apply for the tax credit.

Here is video of House Republican Leader John Boehner thundering today on the House floor at his colleagues, “Not one member of this body has read” the 1100 page Stimulus Bill. Boehner dramatically holds up the 1100 page bill as he says it and then throws it to the floor.

The House voted to pass the bill 246-183. No Republicans voted for it, and seven Democrats voted against it.

This is turning out to be the greatest redistribution of wealth in the world’s history. Almost everything in there will not help the average person paying taxes, but they now extend all kind of tax credits to those not paying any taxes at all - including the $1000 child tax credit.

So the lazies already sucking up the welfare who have 12 kids so they can get the max welfare check will now also receive an additional $12K from those that do pay taxes.

That Michelle quote shows how out of touch she is with the reality of life for normal Americans. How many women spend $600 on one pair of earrings? Of course Michelle is flashing a new $30,000 diamond ring from her Dear One, so by comparison I can see how 600 bucks seems like small change.

And because of this new Marxist bill, some analysts are predicting a DOW at 6,000... or worse.
